Stanton is a recognized industry expert for Medicare products and services. Stanton has the unique ability to understand the Medicare market as well as the needs of our financial partners and their customers. This understanding has allowed Stanton to develop important Medicare industry relationships and secure the best products and insurance carrier relationships available for MedPlus and our banking clients. His insights have also given our Insurance Agents an independent broker model with the best possible services and products available in the market. Stanton also continues to work with senior members and is always comfortable in helping them navigate the complexities of Medicare to find the best possible solutions for their specific needs. When Stanton is not working he enjoys skiing, golf and spending time with his wife, daughter and son.

ROCK J. CARTER | President

Rock is one of the founding members of MedPlus, LLC and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and insurance markets primarily serving the banking industry. In addition to his role with MedPlus, he was the Managing Principal of The Rock Group, Inc., a firm which provides consulting, insurance and risk management services to credit unions. Rock studied business management at Weber State University, where he also played basketball for the Wildcats. He completed his Business Administration degree at the University of Phoenix.

JOEL FURNESS | VP of Operations

Joel Furness is the Vice President of Operations. While completing his degree at the University of Utah, Joel was a Medicare Sales Associate for a major national carrier. With this education and workplace experience he has become a valued partner and perfect fit for MedPlus. His degree in Strategic Communication empowers him to clearly transfer Medicare guidance to those individuals that meet with him, as well as effective marketing techniques for his agents and banking partners. Joel enjoys all outdoor activities and sports especially golf, and fly-fishing.
